Samsung UE32ES5500 - vertical lines

Hello everybody

This happened after keeping this TV in humid room for 1 month, then I turned on this in normal room and one week all was good, then suddenly this happened.

When i turn on TV it appears with some green fog. Next, fog dissapears and white lines become more visible.

I replaced t con board which i bought online.

Is it possible to repair this by my own?

TV is from 2012-2013, Samsung UE32ES5500.
