Turned on this TV one day and the image is VERY faint. And the TV is making a strange buzzing sound. Eveything else seems to work though!

The high pitched buzzing is a bit hard to make out, but it's definitely worse in real life.

Tried this but now the logo is gone and just get a blank screen.

Elec Engineer here trying a hand at TV Repair! I got this unit, TV turns on and JVC logo appears. However, the standby front LED flashes green and red for a few seconds, then turns off and the process repeats.
From research, I have found this is due to corrupted firmware in the EEPROM (or is it SPI flash?)
Does anyone have the firmware for this device? Or any possible solutions?
