  • not sure if mine is corrupt or not but wanting to flash a known working bios to this machine. charging light is orange then when hitting power, blue light turns on a second but then goes out.

    probook 450 g8 - not sure if programming is correct

    I have a bios locked 450 G8 (was locked actually), i removed chip to read .bin and got someone else to remove password. I flashed the .bin that they gave me to the chip and was in manufacturing mode. Then removed the chip again and was told to flash back the original .bin (which i still have). I then tried updating the bios from inside the bios via ethernet. It had 5 updates to do. On the 5th update, it said finailizing bios update, then retarted into a constant bootloop. Since that, I can no longer get it to boot anymore and it...
