Thank you for this forum, I now fell that the problem of my Dads PC has been found.
I had it kicking around for a couple of years and even had a Tech look it over.

I've bought a Powersupply but that wasn't it....

But now that I have found this page and its great pictures of the boards, I am 99.9% sure the [2] green 1500uF caps are gone.

I should of saw them right off but I went to the power on/off switch next.

Thanks again guys keep up the great posts, now where did I put my black tape for those wires.
