SOLVED! It was a battery issue. I've changed it with another brand not-original and now it's working perfectly.

- +3V_LID_R -> 3.35V
After that, removing the charger with lid open: +3V_LID_R -> 3.3V
Closing the lid without charger: +3V_LID_R -> 3.23V. After 5 sec., drops to 0.8V decreasing slowly to 0.
With lid closed and charger connected: +3V_LID_R -> 3.28V. After 5 sec. drops to 0.8 decreasing slowly to 0. But in this case, after other 5 sec., the voltage rises up to 3.28V but after 5 sec. holds fixed to 0.

HP 250 G7 - Battery Issue (Lid behaviour)

I have an HP 250 G7 for assistance. I've changed the battery (the old was dead) with a not-original.
It has a particular behaviour that I've never seen:
With the lid open, the voltage is present on the relative pins. Upon a time I close the lid, after 5-10 sec. the voltage drops down to 0. If I re-open the lid, the battery keeps stuck in this situation. I have to connect the power supply to "resurrect" the battery. In this way, I can power on the laptop without any problem and also use it without the power cord. If i shutdown the laptop, keeps it with the...

HP ZSO50 LA-A992P REV1.0 - No power, White led fix
Hi,
I have a ZSO50 LA-A992P with no power.
When i connect the DC PS with battery connected, orange led appears. After 3-4 seconds, becomes white (fixed, no blinking).
Without battery, only white led fixed appears.
Trying to turn on from the button, nothing appears. I've tried to short pins 1 and 2 on the JPWR1 but nothing appears.
19 V is ok from the connector.
On the PU301, +5VLP is 5V and +3VLP is 3.3V
Nothing on +3VALWP and +5VALWP.
I think EC_ON is missing.
I've tried with the client's PS and an another mine (that i'm sure is ok because...Last edited by Federause; 01-24-2021, 07:00 AM.
