The TOP258? I should be ok to replace that. Just a little confused about which small caps. Lemme read through the other posts a tad more perhaps.

Hi everyone. Newbie here. I've got a 1504 that refuses to power up. Checked and fuse F4140 blew on the SMPS. Replaced it and it blew again when power on. Took out 3 fuse before I decided to ask for help. I am not adverse to soldering or using a multimeter but complete noob at electronics except for a couple of lab exercises in school. But picked up a few faulty amplifiers to learn how to fix them. Really appreciate if someone can guide me through the diagnostic process.
