Ok guys I am at my wits end. Got a Sanyo DP-55441-01 from a good friend that was not working due to lightning. When I first got it it did nothing...I had 5 volts standby...changed out the mainboard and got backlights and screen is on but I have no menu,volume etc.... I ordered another tcon board and changed it...same results. next I changed the Power Supply no change. I also unplugged the master and slave backlight boards and get the same results as below. The set also turns on with a green powerlight and after 10 seconds the green power light starts flashing red/green really fast. Set never turns...Last edited by jomede; 08-11-2018, 06:10 AM. -

ok meter was bad....the flute has the following: Neg terminal from main cap to one side of R322 = 160 volts----the other side of r322 has 5 volts. neg side of main cap to R900 = around 10 volts on one side and around 10 on the other side. ( voltage is fluctuation from 7-11 volts) 1.3 ohms on the 4 fusable resisters where main 120 volts comes in.Last edited by jomede; 12-25-2015, 12:56 PM.Leave a comment:

7-9 volts on either side of r900 with neg lead on capacitor plugged in
67.5 ohms with meter on 20m in ohms mode on resister r322 no power. anything lower on meter gives me "OL"

R322 has 138 volts. 0 volts from main cap neg to 4 pin stby. how do I check the fusable resisters...ohms? withor without power.? Ok...ground is pin#3...so from there I get .25 on all the pins except pin#2 which I get a dead short (meter goes to OL) Diagram has is labeled as BR-------

Main filter cap under the heat sink plate? Fuseable resisters near where the a/c power comes in?
