finally i have solve my problem , im not sure if this solution has been discussed here: the original latop IC BIOS is working in Quad SPI mode (or QPI), so QE (Quad enable) bit must be enable. i locked up QE bit from the datasheet (status register) of new BIOS IC and enabled it from AsProgrammer.

Thank you so much. But it doesnt work.
I have original IC mx25l12873fm with original BIOS, y dont flash it because I'm afraid it won't work if I reprogram. Instead i bought new ic 25q128fv and i flashed original BIOS unlocked (through hp utility and this one you posted), but still capslock blinking and fan on.
Even i flashed original bios readed from original elitebook 25l12873fm and program on new 25q128fv but no luck.

Maybe ICs are not compatible?
I try read and write several times and compare with winmerge....

Me too, 820 G2, only 128Mb flashed (EC still origin IC)....
