This is problem of bad back-light led.
you should replace them with new one compleatly or find and replace only failed led(s).Leave a comment:

for re programming a nand or emmc chip,
You should remove it and place on universal programmer and burn a good dump backed up file and re solder it again exactly in its place.
or in some circuits you are able to do onboard programming by some universal programmers without removing it as JTAG.Leave a comment:
