I did not have any problems removing the motherboard from the case. I can tell you that you just about have to take ever screw out of it that you see. You also have to remove the black heat sink retainers that hold the board down. I sent my board to get recapped and I am waiting to see the out come. I can just about bet its the caps since two of them were starting to ooze and swell. I did find a place in the UK that sells the mb's for $155. but that is pretty steep and figure the recap will take care of repair. I sent in the MB with...

I have a MSI MS-6760 board out of the Mega 651 and it has some Ruycon caps and several "KZG" caps. I don't have the tools at this time since downsizing home and my ham shack went bye-bye. But I think I will send this to get re-capped. The system worked fine for two years and then would not post or even show signs of power. The CPU,Ram,and PSU checked out good on a friends MS-6760 board. So I pulled the board and notices this sticky stuff on the bottom of the board right under the 1500uF 6.3 volt KZG and the solder...
