    I tried desoldering chip and soldering in programmer and to my suprise it worked. Laptop is turning on and the password is removed. Before I tried with clip, I checked couple of times if writing was correct and everything was, so I don't know why that happend.Thank you very much for your help....

    Thanks you for your reply and forgive me for posting in this thread regarding different laptop model. Unfortunately after fallowing instructions and flashing original bios file laptop doesn't turn on, it just flashes 3 times with power button and backlight keyboard flashes one time. Nothing happens other than that....

    Can someone add patch fo password removal for this bios dump? Its from x240 with i7, board NM-A091 rev1.0....
