SMD Fuse (size 805) on LCD panel matrix electric board near connector, it is labeled F1 3.3V 1.5A 32V. But 38s shutdown means you have also bad bios...
Do check on external regulated power supply if Your fuse was blowed. On this matrix 19V and 3.3V pins are very close. I have replaced LCD cable for be 100% sure. Blowed fuse and damaged bios chip and U1 must died for some reason...

OK. Some problems fixed
Bios from post not working, but i found one working <Clear me LA-D801P.bin>. Bios file from hoaca388 gave me a clue that not all in HW is ok. In test Bios chip after few flashes died <echanged from another mobo, new one from aliexpress gave me 3 orange and 5 white blinks but was programming itself good>. Hmm - maybe, it's strange that it's always 38 seconds - in the bios, when windows starts - always exactly 38 seconds(hot/cold doesn`t matter). Thermal shutdown not registered. Only events from LCD failure, and Unidentified System i about menu. I'll try to find out what's wrong.

hoaca388 - Your file is better, battery code says 2 amber 7 white - LCD bad. I Connected HDMI - image was shown, but after strictly 38s power off (each time if I turn it on it is 38s), in bios error log shows unknown code 0x0000002f.Leave a comment:

Thank You qayyum786. I`ve flashed it. After 4 reboots fan at max, so is something wrong else. Black screen/no display, capslock working - loud clicking. So progress. I`ve try to find whats happen.

Bios dump fix Dell 5567 LA-D801P
Hello
I am trying to revive the Inspirion 15 5567. The notebook only lights up the power button for 1s when turned on.
First I measured the 5V, 3.3V, 1.8V, 1.0V standby voltages and they were fine.
Then I took the dump and wrote the dump from one of the badcaps topics. 50% Success The notebook starts up and after a series of reboots it stays on with the fan at max.
Then I modified my own dump (definitely damaged bios part in it). But I wasn't successful. Please help me, my original dump in the attachment, I'm quite sure...Leave a comment:
