I'm having a similar problem with a q19wb.
Opened it up and found no evidence of any sort of internal damage, or bad caps.
I read all the related threads and decided to change the same 5 caps anyways...

Put it back together, no change.

It turns on, receives signal albeit low light, grainy and flickery.
After 2-3 seconds the display shuts down.
I'm testing it as the second monitor on a dual display, so i can change the resolution while...
