I have some experience w/ repair of motherboards, but kind of newcomer w/ monitors, especially modern ones. Not taking into account replacing bulged capacitors at some old 19-22" stuff.
What we got: HP 27o will not light up, even SB led. No schematic available.
SMPS #ILPI-352 R.A; LED driver OZ9998EGN; Buck conv. R7731A.
Main #ILIF-516 R.A, processor RTD2513FR.
Panel #M270HTN02.5
When Power On (plug in), nothing happens, no SB led, no flash. I found +5V, it's steady with 5.17V. The second voltage is 20.8V. Also...

Hi,
I found a link to this great forum while searching any schematic for dead HP 27o monitor. I really hope to get it fixed with a little help from my friends here. North Russia, White Sea, Arkhangelsk.
