Hallo,
The bios battery was disconnected for about 2 weeks before the new connector arrived. I try disconnect this battery again, but it still doesn't work. I really just resoldered the connector like I always do. Thank you for reply. I try your BIOS and no working. Only blinking power LED slowly after power on (without melody). The fan doesn't even spin for a moment. For test I try flash my original BIOS and after power on play melody again. LCD is black. Only play melody, power LED lights up and CPU FAN spin for a moment. sorry for writing to you again, but don´t you have some idea with my motherboard? After flash bios mother board no working. Only flashes slowly power led. Before flash BIOS notebook play melody whitch indicated error 0284. Now is complete quiet.

But must I write new bios or is chance that I did not damage the data on my chip? I think that must be damage when I erase and write with bad Device ID. Reportedly, it was enough plug AC adapter.

Than problem is with use SOIC8 clip. If I desoldering the chip - Device ID is OK. But - I try read and erase chip with uncheck "Check ID". But at write *.bin back to chip get any error.
