Damaged unknow component BenQ RL2240H

Hello Folks,

I have a problem w a BenQ RL2240H, have a sortcircuit in HDMI zone (IC serigrafied as U5), if I lift this component the monitor works well by VGA input, of course HDMI not works ..

Anyone can help me to idendify this??? ...

Anyone have the chematic for Gigabyte GA_EP35-DS3L ?? have a problem with VTT voltage and need find the problem.
