Hi, I just joined this forum and found your very old post about fixing the NSFS-1310 PSU board from a Milennia Spa Power9 13.8V 10A switching power supply. Seems like you were heading toward replacing IC components in the startup circuit. I know it's a long time ago, but do you remember whether you fixed this PSU board? Thx
