Hello, behaviour has changed - Fan does not spin and only power button lits, after 10-20 seconds LED starts to flash quickly 5-6 times? and laptop turns off

I have tried to remove an admin password and I saved an initial backup of 32MB. After the new "unlocked" BIOS file failed to POST I reverted it to its original state and left it for a bit, and in the meantime, I updated BIOS from the Dell website.
So this christmas when I had more spare time I attempted again, wrongly assuming I had a good backup (I do have a good backup but on an older BIOS version), and even with this file laptop does not boot. The keyboard lits up and the fan spins 100%.
