The laptop boot but any kind of any windows does not working, it's freeze with "winload.efi" error

MSI GF65 : Request help for find a burn IC ALHM 889 (or schematics)
" Hello guys. i have a Laptop MSI GF 65 (motherboard MS-16W REV ) with à IC in short circuit. It's mark "ALHM 889"
think it's the IC for regulate the Fan of GPU. I can't find any datasheet of this IC
Can you post the schematics for this motherboard for locate the IC or tell me what it's the reel part number of this chip
