The laptop was stuck in a loop (firmware corrupt). After that, I downloaded the firmware from Dell using the serial number and extracted it using Dell_PFS_Extract 4.9. It extracted four files.
I tried files 2 and 3 as you suggested, but it didn’t work. The current dropped to 0.058A and there was no display.
I then tried to rebuild it, but the old file doesn’t open in the Flash Image Tool.
After that, I requested a build from vinaifx,(my current company has a subscription) and he provided a pair of files (8MB and 6MB). After flashing his build, the laptop shows 6 white and...Leave a comment:
