Addon: The part numbers posted in my previous post refer to the V15 version, the V17-IIL Typ GS752 needs one of the following cables:

which is slightly longer. The Lenovo laptops V15 and V17-IIL with I5 or i7 CPU and probably many other Lenovo laptop from this time with 10th or 11th generation Intel CPU suffer from a design flaw regarding the display/camera/microphone connector on the motherboard which is badly placed and the cheapest of the cheap connectors imaginable.
