Hi nomoresonys,
I have try to apply the tape-cutoff method and I could get rid of the red vertical line, but not from the yellow one. Does this make any sense?
I apply the method in a random way as I don't have the pinout description of my tv board. Do you know any place where I can search for it?

Ireland is kind of stoped :/ The government just move all the country to the highest restricting level. So the majority of the stuff is closed (pubs, restaurants, etc). Everyone that land in the island needs to do a 14 days quarantine. The numbers are still increasing (~1200 daily). Let's see how it goes...Leave a comment:

The picture might appear to show a black spot on it, but it's not actually black.

How can I make sure that the issue is the COF and not the screen?

Hi Folks,
My Samsung TV has some vertical lines. If I don't have any input connected to the TV, I can see just 2 lines (read and yellow - the 2 lines shown on the left side of the scroud image)
Another symptom is that the COF tab is super hot.
Do you think this is a screen issue?
