I have an LG 42PC1DA-UB Plasma TV. The picture had red and green dots and picture looks like an old VHS video. I checked the voltages on the power board all where set to specs printed on TV.I then adjusted the Vs voltage down 5 volts from specs. The red and green dots went away but the picture still looks like a bad VHS video on U tube. The video feed is good I had an other TV hocked to the same cable box and the picture was good. I also tried different input HDMI, Component, Cable,ECT all the same.

Any thoughts and help would be appreciated.
