Has anyone here had the issue where tablet/convertible mode does not work on this laptop after removing the password/flashing a new BIOS? I appreciate any info!

Good afternoon folks!
I'm working with a ProBook x360 11 G4 EE here that was password locked. Looks like I was using bad programming software and sadly have lost my original dump from my BIOS chip. Is my unit toast or is there a generic image I can try? Thanks in advance.
