  • M60-C3 Replaced PSU & Main Board: Still No Good

My tv only goes to the splash/logo screen then turns off and repeats this on its own every couple minutes. I replaced the main board and got the same thing. So I replaced the power board and still got the same thing.

Could it be the T-Con? The logo screen indicates it's processing the image and outputting to the screen and triggering the LEDs just fine. But could there be something with the communication between the T-Con & the main board that prevents the main board from continuing it's bootup into it's operating system?

  • M60-C3 No PIC, No Backlight, No Audio

First post here: There are already a handful of threads on this TV w/ similar symptoms, but I've worked on mine to a point where I've got strange symptoms I haven't seen anywhere else.

  • Re: New Members - please post your introductions here

Hi - Kafka here from Philly. I found a VIZIO m60 out front of my apt with tape that read "NO PICTURE. REPAIR ME"

So here I am. I just took apart my imac and replaced the gpu successfully, so I've just become acquainted with repairing electronics.

Hope to hear from this community so I can fix this 60" 4k tv I found in the trash!!!
