Hi in order to get into the service menu you need Service remote control unit GGF1381, not the unit the came with the system

I have the same fault it runs for a day or two then switches off, very intermittent, it can last for days I have found the service manual at
we are not far apart, if I find the fault I will let you know and or repair your free of charge, there is a lot to digest, BR Andrew
