My insignia TV has a black bar in the middle of the screen. I have tried reseating the lvds but that did not work.... -

No I did not. I was pressing on the screen and then that happened. I opened the back of the TV to see what was wrong and I touched a few wires and that's all.Leave a comment:

The TV was used when I bought it and it would have a problem which when I would turn it on at the start of the day it would show a ring near the border of the TV. I would push the screen gently and it would fix itself. The same problem happened again so I pushed the screen but that part in the middle stayed. The whole screen used to have that in the picture but the middle part stayed...Leave a comment:

My Insignia TV is showing a horizontal bar stretching across the middle of the screen from left to right. The bar is not completely black and is still showing some light. I found it weird because the bar covered 1/3 of the screen, just the middle. Does someone know what happened and how to fix it?...Last edited by DarrenB123; 09-05-2020, 02:55 PM. -
