I'm not able to find the backup file. But the laptop back alive after I flash the bios file. However right now the laptop doesn't charge. The charging light does not light up when I plug in the type-c charging cable. And MTM, Lenovo SN and UUID number in the bios is "INVALID". Does these happen because I accidentally overwrite the Winbond chip?
I have totally no idea what to do next.

Thanks man, that works! The capsule is the same as I found in the laptop hard drive. Checksum matches.
I didn't backup my old bios manually (how stupid I am). But I remember the phoenix flash tool do make a backup before flashing. Do you know where can I find it?
Another stupid move I did is that I thought the Winbond chip is the BIOS so I flashed the capsule file into it. Is it gonna be alright?

Hi everybody
I have a ideapad s540-13 AMD version and the bios is broken during the update process. I tried to use Phoenix Crisis Disk to reflash it but with no luck.
So I bought a bios programmer (CH341A) and SOP8 clip. Right now I need to extract bios file from the executable.

What I have tried:
Double click the EXE. I got a "ERROR 255 - TDK library initialization failed" error and nothing appeared in %temp% folder.
Extract the EXE with 7z. It can not open it.
I did find some file in the temp folder from laptop hard drive. I will attach them...
