I'm placing the order now, but I see the 47uF cap (Panasonic FC) has a 1000 hour rating, where the Panasonic EB has 7000 hours. Which should I go for?

My faithful Samsung 205T failed a few months ago, and was awaiting me to have the courage to chuck it. It'd turn on, flash the display on for a second, the power light would flicker, then shut off. From past experience, if it was a backlight issue, the LCD would still work (with a flashlight) and power wouldn't be affected. But with this, even the power status light was flickering.

Then while dealing with a friend's faulty motherboard, I learned of bad electrolytic caps, and thought to take the back off my display before throwing it out. Sure enough, I see...
