LG 50LS4000 T-Con or not ?

Hello Everyone,

I need some advice from you. I am working on a LG 50LS4000 screen with vertical lines, tcon board is buzzing, sounds like arcing, but no visible traces of damage. There is also a black 1" dot on top left corner of the screen. What do you think the issue is ?
