My name is Bill and my user name is Buffer and Jack (named after 2 great Beagles, sadly who have both passed). I've been building PCs since 1993 for family, friends, and also myself. I strive to build the best quality I can find (doesn't have to be the cutting edge fastest at the time) and keep them maintained and in service for as long as possible.
