the voltage doesn't swing anywhere I measure there. Yes it's 24VDC... I put it all back together, made sure all the connections were tight. Now it seems to be working !? I don't know, I guess I'll see if it's just temporary...intermittent issues are the worst to troubleshoot

ok well I was expecting to see a more familiar type of board for a power supply, big caps etc., the first pic shows where the adapter plugs in, the second is the bottom of that board. There is another board which looks like the more computer stuff, USB/wireless/display. I didn't take a pic of that one....

Hey All!

Having an issue with a soundbar (Samsung HW-K550) wondering if you guys could help. When you plug it in, it immediately starts a 2 second power cycle, where it will turn on, then off 2 seconds later, then on, over and over. I checked the output from the power cord and the adapter which seems to be fine.

I can't find a service manual for that exact model, but I'm wondering where to start to look for issues... I have a scope and all the tools required to potentially fix it, but just not the knowledge
