So what was the outcome of this TV?

I have the same TV as the OP and didn't know if I should start a new thread or not.

Pretty much the same issue, except instead of a red line down the screen, I get a blank screen. 4 red blinks when powered on. Sometimes I could get it to power on after a hard reset, but just blank screen with sound.

I ran the power board stand alone and got these voltages:
EVDD = 22.05V
TCON_12V = 12.69
REG_12V = 12.75
