• Re: Crestron TPS-2000L with Sharp LQ5AW136R panel

Thanks. I would need to strip it down to get those photos. There's some info on the panel here, but no pictures of the boards inside.

I was hoping to get a steer based on others' experience on the likelihood of it being fixable. If it's highly likely to be the LCD matrix itself, rather than a discrete component on the board, then probably not much point in spending the time to take it apart.

I have numerous Creston TPS-2000L touchpanel home automation devices, which incorporate a Sharp LQ5AW136R panel. They all exhibit the same fault. They are about 10-15 years old.

  • Re: Pioneer HM82 - No power

    Thanks Andrew.

I've taken a guess that it's probably the ICE3BR0665J - SMPS Current Mode Controller. The blue flashing light is the protection mode, when it detects an abnormal power supply condition.

No idea whether it is that component, but only a few £ to buy one so I'll swap it out when I get a moment.

Hi - please can you point me to where you purchased the service manual? Mine spontaneously powers itself off (only blue flashing light on the front left), but otherwise works perfectly so would like to fix it if possible....
