Hello! I confirm that the problem has been solved in Lenovo t480 i7 type 20L6. Regardless of the connected charger, it displayed the information "The connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended model which was shipped with the system". Using ch341a and neoprogrammer, I managed to: 1) upload zeros, 2) upload TBT.bin. The laptop works on a 65w charger, reports no problems, and thunderbolt appeared in the device manager. Thank you for helping me solve the problem! -

Thank You SMDFlea and peste for Your support! It turned out that two from three bios chips I have where damaged. The third one took the bios without any errors and is up and running!
