I'm using the below.
tried on both CH314A and RT809F
tried the AIR-14IIL 2020 FLMS0 LA-J551P Rev 1.0 - all power lights blink continuously including function lock with CPU GPU and SSD heating up.
Got a 8MB extract and a 16 MB extract both using CH314A and is attached
Modified the bios section for the FLMS0 LA-J551P Rev 1.0 BIOS with same result.
To modify used HEX Workshop v6.7
Programmer version 1.38 for CH314A

Hi,
anyone got a bios bin for the ideapad 5-14IIL05? The one I got is making the laptop blink the powerlight and CPU go warm. BIOS seems to not do POST.

Found the culprit its the U9850 and the PP3V3_S5 is short to ground there. waiting for the replacement. Will report back once I get to know where I'm.Leave a comment:

Hi all,
This is my second post and a request to our members.
Do any of you have Lenovo Ideapad 5 FLMSO LA-J551P Rev 1.0 schematics by any chance, or know where I can find one?
I got a 1 year old laptop that doesn't powerup. shows 14.5V the first time as input and then goes on a powercycle. Looks more like the power negotiation circuit is kaput.

I got the same problem but a short to ground on PP3V3_S5. Tried all the caps in the circuit no shorts. But there is short to ground. Can't find the IC responsible. Any ideas?Leave a comment:
