With what program have you been able to get the password.
When I try to erase the data from the chip it does not allow me to rewrite the data either....

I did not do any dump, I just installed the pc drivers and when I tried to put the safe start, the hp sure program gave me an error. I canceled it and restarted and now it stays in the logo without any reaction....Leave a comment:

yesterday I installed a new motherboard to my pc.
install the drivers. up here ok
Once I went to the hp program, I sure tried to configure the secure boot but it did not accept the administrator password, so I gave it to cancel and closed the program.
my surprise was when today I went to open the pc and it got stuck in the hp logo.
