As you can see from the photo I am attaching there are two SMD 330 uF 25V capacitors, while the videos I saw on youtube show the nec tokin being unsoldered and replaced with 4 SMD 330uF 25V....Leave a comment:

The PC turns on and immediately turns off. The problem arises only with the battery and only with power and only with battery + power turns off almost immediately. The computer turns on and after one minute it shuts down, this problem occurs both with the battery inserted and with the power directly, I replaced the two 330 micro Farad tantalum capacitors under the CPU, after having reassembled all the presence problem again ... Before proceeding with the replacement of the consendants or cleaning both the fan and the CPU and Graphics Card by putting some thermal paste.

I have made a more accurate measurement .. I find myself the following measures:
Battery voltage 2.8 Volt

pin 8 of the 0 volt port, it is possible that the bios winbond 25Q64FV SIQ at this point is not powered ...
it's possible that it's broken ... in the meantime I ordered some empty bios to be programmed

I followed the instructions you recommended to me, the problem always remains the same
In programming the Eeprom using CH314 the bin file that I used and clear me.bin.
