I have the same board for Sony LCD (KLV-26EX300) TV BAA1A (A-1768-177-B 1047687) and G1LSE Power board. Ihave Same issue from the power board i get only 3.3v Standby

same as this thread.
Pin - Function - Measure DC Volt
1 = Standby - 3.28v
2 = AC Off Det - 3.28v
3 = Power On - 3.22v not changed when press on/off button
4 = Audio 12v - 12.65v
5 = Audio 12v GND - 0v
6 = Reg12v GND - 0v
7 = Reg12v GND - 0v
8 = REG12V - 12.65v
9 = REG12V - 12.65v
10 = BL-ERR - 0.15v...
