Thanks for the advice, is there any way I can get the appropriate connectors? Otherwise, would it be alright for me to solder them directly to the connectors?

I have been lurking this site for advice, but I have never come across a problem that hadn't already been solved on here. Well It Just Happened
I got a free Viewsonic vp211b from a friend, he said it had been sitting in his shop for a long time and had never worked, just wavies lines and stuff. I took it home and popped off the back. I found what looked like a homemade inverter board that had been hacked in there. I looked it up and replacements are around $30 bucks, seems like its worth the cost, but when the fix was made, maybe they were pricer. most of the wires had been...
