Sorry for the small pictures, and also for useless posts in my effort to fix those.
The replacement caps will be the Panasonic FM series.
The pdf in my previous post is from the stock (on gfx card) caps....

ArcadeVGA gfx card (ATI X550 256M DDR) after 8 years. In reality this card have used less than a year sporadically.
