CraterM's file did work now. Stupid me: red several times about CMOS battery but didn't see it. after removing it worked. Thanks for your support!!
btw: Motherboard Repairs first file didn't seem to do the trick. Tried without CMOS battery aswell.

Thanks to both of you. Tried both and red instructions two pages earlier. Unfortunately none works. Keep getting black screen and spinning fan.

Can I flash this file to my T470s (of course after backing up the original) to get rid of the supervisor password the pre-owner set or do I have to upload my bios here to get it patched?
