Same monitor.

Turns on, mostly white, some black lines, very few color lines. Over a few seconds it fades to completely white.

At first turning it off and on a few times would eventually get it to work (it would display the polaroid logo when it worked). Next time it took a few more on and off cycles, and so on. Now nothing.

Pulled it apart, and I mean PULLED it apart; this thing was very difficult to get apart...

That aside I have 4 bulging capacitors underneath the... aluminum thing with holes...
