LZP elcap is a very low esr elcap, 22miliohm from the specification. If you change it with lower value, the esr will be higher, and the filtering action will be worse. I thing it will work with much more ripple, not a good solution

I have Bad and Good experience to this similar problem. After searching and found shorted 30F124 and change both 30F124 in he neighborhood, and check that no other short, I power up the panel, fail again, and found another 30J124 short. Waiting for the spare to arrive, I check all of the solder side, and found alot of solder joint are bad. So, if you found some shorted MOSFET or IGBT, check also the solder joints for Thermal crack.

Dear all, finally I found the culprit of cycling relay. I have checked and change all the high esr elcap and still clicking. I found that there is a bad joint in the T901 transformer. After resoldering the joints its back to live
