first get to know that BLOD is not related to Hdmi problems
can you first Post A high resolution pictures from your work on that board ?
diffently there is short between pins during the rewrok of that HD
and as a start
desolder the hdmi port first and clean the pads
then test the traces again from Pin 1 to 19
