We have taken out one of the boards inside. Board# (X) PLTVEL241XAN6.

As in one of the pictures there seem to be two burned resistors (?) (or whatever they are called) - a blue one and pink one.

Anyone know how to fix this? Can we replace them? - if so where can we buy the parts, and how do we identify the parts?

Do we need to buy a new board?

Any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated.
