PIN 1 is connected to 20K Ohm and 2.2K Ohm resistors, 2 caps 104.
I remove them and then replace with the new ones.
PIN 16 is connected to 1K Ohm resistor and cap 104.
I also replace with the new ones.
My PSU still has the sound "c..c..c..." and PG =0.
