Re: Samsung Schematics for BN41-02156A
Ok, so all the voltages are correct. Except for the voltage from IC304 like kasfamily said. Instead of 1.1v I have 3.3v. What could cause this no picture and sound issue when all the supplies are present? I found that my USB ports have no power. Is this related maybe?

Thanks a lot, I'm just putting the kids to sleep and then I will measure all the voltages and post back...

Re: Samsung Schematics for BN41-02156A
Thanks for the reply, In the service manual ic204 is referred as 5v... Are you sure about the 1.5v? Was just about to replace the ic204... In this case i wait for confirmation!
My issue here is the set starts normally but i have no sound and no picture. Back light ok when disconnecting MB cable. T-con ok, all leds are one. Something is not starting up but no error code is given.
You have any idea?

Samsung Schematics for BN41-02156A
Hello folks, after 2 years of parenting its time to go back to repairs.
I have a Samsung UE48H6200AW whit BN41-02156A Motherboard and i have the service manual for this device, but no schematics.
I have a 5V rail issue, only delivers 1.6V and i need the schematics for this motherboard. Searched the usual places and got no result.
Does any of you happens to have one or could help me figure this one?
I think my buck regulator has gone bad (IC204 - Z3015PI), i get 3V on the ACC pin that only has a capacitor to ground.
I compared to the second 5V...

Samsung UE46F5000AW shorted P.S.
Hello,
Found my self a new challenge...
Samsung LED TV UE46F5000AW whit fuse blown. I know i have a short because if i measure resistance between the + and the - from diode rectifier i get 0 ohms.
Now how can i proceed... i could not find a good and complete schematic for the BN44-0010B power supply.
Does any of you have one complete?
Could it be the rectifier him self or maybe the capacitor just after this one.
All diodes and resistor measure just fine.
I guess i have to remove parts to measure cause until i don't find the short......

Re: Samsung LED LCD UE32C5100 no power no stand-by
Just got the set working. Replaced the 4.7k resistor whit one 4.7k across pin 1 and 3 removed the micro one plugged in and got stand by and the set started after power button push. Measured the micro resistor and got me 47k instead of 4.7k
Now the next issue solder a very thinly resistor whit and iron double size of it....
Thanks dick barton for your help!

Re: Samsung LED LCD UE32C5100 no power no stand-by
Hello!
Thanks for the feedback.
I have checked all the voltages as you told me and everything is according to the voltages printed next to the connector.
So i started looking around in the main board, all the fuses where ok but i had no voltage supplying the ICs.
After searching i found out that my IC201 (9167A-33PB) was receiving the 5V supply but on the output i don't get the 3.3V that supply the logic ICs including the one that controls the stand-by LED.
When i measure the output pin my multi-meter...

Re: Samsung LED LCD UE32C5100 no power no stand-by
Hello,
So after 4 months of waiting, I finally got the part i ordered (QM820).
I replaced it and now i have my PSU delivering all the voltages to the main board.... the bad news is the set is still dead... NO STAND-BY LED.... nothing.
Now i assume i may have a bad fuse on the main board caused by the failure of the QM820.
Any leads on where to start looking?
Since there is no stand-by LED, maybe if i go back in the circuit to where the LED supply should come from i find the issue.

Haier LE24M600C Rebooting not passing logo
Hello!
Got an Haier LE34M600C that starts up just fine after pressing the power button, showing the Haier logo and then it stays like this for 10 to 15 seconds then shuts down and restarts doing this loop over and over.
After reboot the only way to shut down the set is to remove power cord. The power off button is not working.
Is the ROM corrupt like it happens in some Samsung?
I attached some pictures from the Power supply / Motherboard (it is the same board)...

Re: LG 37LV5500 Sound increases whitout user intervention
Ok so i have some good news about the issue... after driving me nuts this weekend i took the cover off and disconnected the cable from the touch buttons to the main board.
Instantly i got a message on the screen that the option was not valid for the input and if i want to change to TV input... then the message went away for 1 second and came back... and so on and on and on... until i got tiered of this...
Took the cable and disconnected the orange cable pin 4 (key 1 written on the main board) reconnected...

Re: Lg 55UF850V lines and image displacement
Correct. The double image was coming and going only for 1 second or even less.. and all the other lines also, and bouncing around the screen, that is why I posted the Video file but is not allowed or accepted by the forum.
Maybe a faulty image processor from the main board.

Nothing wrong with the caps. All over 200 ohm... What could it be?

I took some creen shots from the video file.
Here they are. This interference you see appens very fast....Last edited by Tdiamarelo; 02-11-2020, 03:24 PM.

Lg 55UF850V lines and image displacement
Hi folks!
Have an Lg whit something like interferences...
Lines and image displacement. Could it be a bad T-con or motherboard or just a grounding fault?
For better understanding i made a video whit the issue.

Re: LG 37LV5500 Sound increases whitout user intervention
So after some testing time it came back to the same problem. Sound is increasing over time.
How do I remove the small board with the touch sensitive buttons?
Or is it possible to just cut the cable that gives the info from the volume up because if i disconnect the complete board i loose remote control and power on button... so nothing works.
A small schematic from the board could help but in service manual i only have main board and power supply.

Re: T - Con shcematic or voltage
On the T-CON. Even whit the 2 connectors to the LCD disconnected you have power, as long you don't disconnect the cable to the main board....
