Motherboard of Fujitsu E754 on E744 laptop
Hello,
I have Fujitsu E744 with faulty motherboard, I bought motherboard for Fujitsu E754, because I can't find mainboard for E744. The motherboard of E754 is working with external display, but internal display(1600x900pixels) of E744 is not working with E754 motherboard, which is designed for 1920x1080pixels LCD panel. Can I make E754 motherboard to work with E744 1600x900 dysplay? -

The laptop is not charging and do not turn on when power button is pressed.
Power adapter is the original and working and I measured it with multimeter and was 19.2V

Is anyone know where the backlight fuse on the motherboard of Fujitsu Lifebook E744 is located? I tried to find service manual for this model but with no luck. -
