To close my story, after replacing everything listed in previous post with genuine spares from reputable source, I had the board repaired and working OK. However the TV ran into 8 Blinks error code. Eventually I fixed that as well, and the TV is working just fine in my patio as outdoor TV.

Hi All,
Exactly same problem, I found the defect on Y-sustain board. The large transformer EBJ60730703 had half of the primary winding interrupted.
Measured on oscilloscope, the floating ground (measured relative to TV ground) was missing the negative part of the wave.
I couldn't repair the board but I'm really happy I found the problem. TV works with another Y-Sustain board....

Hi Guys, I'm trying to repair the same board.
At first inspection it had one blown (exploded) diode (D422 - [B]RFE10BM3S[/B]) and 3 transistors in short (Q421, 422 and 433 - [B]30F125[/B]).
The closest match for diode I found was RFN 10BM 3S, and replaced both D421 and D422. Note "[B]RFN[/B]" instead of "[B]RFE[/B]", not sure this makes a difference. These diodes I got from a reputable online AU supplier, I trust they are genuine.
For transistors, I could only find the exact part (30F125)...
